polygon — a shape with many sides

polyester — fabric made of many blended materials

A polygon has many sides, like a hexagon or octagon.

prepare — to get ready before something happens

transport — to carry people or things from place to place

portable — small and easy to carry around

A portable speaker is easy to carry from room to room.

prototype — the first version of something before it's finished

proton — one of the first basic building blocks of an atom

Engineers build a prototype first to test their idea before making the real thing.

rewind — to go back to the beginning

rebuild — to build something all over again

If you rewind a video, you go back to watch it again from the start.

rectangle — a shape with four straight sides

correct — to fix or straighten out a mistake

A rectangle has four straight sides and four right angles.

diarrhea — when liquid flows too fast through your body

logorrhea — when words flow out nonstop without stopping

Diarrhea happens when liquid moves too fast and flows right through your body.
